My name is Peter and I am the Managing Consultant of The Brilliant CV Company. I am fortunate to be supported by a small number of highly talented HR professionals, all of whom have at least 15 years of front line recruitment experiences. Together we have read literally thousands of CVs ranging from the excellent to the less than perfect and we know what works!

Before establishing The Brilliant CV Company I have personally held senior HR positions in some exceptionally well-run and prestigious companies including management consultancy, retailing, utilities and construction.

My own CV includes an MBA from Henley Management College and an MA in Strategic Human Resource Management. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal and Development and a qualified practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) which is the study and modelling of exceptional communication.

It is this combination of recruitment experience, coupled with a passion for influential language patterns that produces brilliant CVs and satisfied clients. It is no coincidence that a substantial amount of my business is generated by referral.
